At CannaCon 2022, Prima Clones had the opportunity to connect with fellow professionals and cultivators. Their booth was a hub of activity, drawing in those eager to explore the intricate world of cannabis genetics. Visitors had the chance to engage with the Prima Clones team, gaining insights into their meticulous breeding processes and their mission to create premium cannabis strains. Prima Clones’ genetics have consistently raised the bar in the industry, ensuring that growers can access premium strains to meet their cultivation goals.  Overall, Prima Clones’ participation at CannaCon 2022 was a resounding success, emphasizing their pivotal role in the cannabis genetics arena. Prima Clones continues to be a driving force in shaping the future of cannabis cultivation. Prima Speaks at CannaCon Prima took the stage at CannaCon to present “Increasing Profits with Proper Genetic Selection” and Nathan presented to a large audience, explaining Prima’s selection criteria. The criteria includes high potency cannabis, high yielding cannabis, high quality cannabis, cannabis with high extraction returns, and a variety of other nuance in large scale cannabis selection criteria. Tissue culture, both nodal and apical meristem, was discussed at length with specific attention given to remediation practices for systemic issues such as the Hops Latent Viroid and Fusarium. Both Hops Latent Viroid and Fusarium can travel quickly through a facility and (left unchecked) decimate entire facilities. Apical meristem tissue culture is the only proven means of eradication of these systemic problems in cannabis. The process can take up to 12 months, if successful. Prima Clones is one of the only cannabis operators with a proven track record of removing systemic disease in cannabis plants through apical meristem tissue culture. Their proprietary methods both increase success rates and speed up the remediation process significantly.  After the discussion, Nathan held an informal session with many cultivators from all over the nation at the Prima Clones booth.
